UPDATE: Ross-shire school St Clement's in Dingwall 'closed due to no heating and no power'

A Ross-shire special school is closed today due to a lack of heating and power.

Highland Council listed St Clement's in Dingwall on its school closure list this morning (Monday, January 8).

A Highland Council spokesperson said explained that the school is closed due to no heating and power.

According to the local authority, 51 pupils are affected by the closure at the special school.
