A Strictly Inverness dancer is considering making one of her fundraising events into an annual date in her calendar.
Shireen Fyffe organised a Kids Fun Afternoon at Fyrish Gymnastics Centre, with it being presented by her two-year-old son Zach in memory of his granny Joan Mackay.

The gathering attracted more than 150 people and generated £800 for Strictly Inverness organisers and hosts Highland Hospice and Inverness Ice Centre.
It featured activities from Ball Stars, a bouncy castle and face-painting.
"I wanted to create an event for Zach so he felt that he helped towards fundraising for the hospice when he looks back in years to come," said Shireen, from Inverness.
"Zach was only 10 weeks old when my mum first went into the Highland Hospice, the staff and nurses were a huge part in the first six months of his life. They helped me learn to become a mum and also gave Zach lots of love and cuddles!
"The event was such a success that I’m hoping to host this every year as a way for us to support the Highland Hospice."
The 30-year-old is among 32 rookie dancers generating cash for the hospice and ice centre, while also learning to dance ahead of showtime in May.
Partnered with Jason Kelman, from Inverness, they will be learning a Charleston and a quickstep, as well as a team dance with seven other couples who are performing on the Thursday evening of the contest.
Shireen added: "It was lovely to do this event with Jason’s family too, it’s been extra special being able to meet such a lovely family to enjoy the whole Strictly process with. Jason and I are both proud of our kids helping us with our fundraising."
The careers adviser for Skills Development Scotland, who is based at Invergordon Academy, has several fundraising events coming up:

- Football tournament, March 23, Inverness Royal Academy all-weather pitch
