Artist's work on show at National Trust for Scotland's Balmacara Estate in Wester Ross
PAINTINGS by artist Lynne Forrester are now on display at the Balmacara Estate as part of a new exhibition.
Entitled Up, Up and Away, the exhibition will run at the National Trust for Scotland site until Saturday between 11am and 4pm.
“Escape through the windows of Lynne’s paintings into the clouds and let your imagination take you on its travels,” said a spokesman for the trust.
“Combining paintings with the journal posts that Lynne writes with each one, this exhibition invites you to come and see Lynne’s swirling oils and atmospheric pastels.
“Lynne is planning to be painting during the exhibition too!
“So come along and see the artist during the creative process,” added the spokesman.
A wide range of original paintings, prints, cards, calendars and scarves will also be on sale to visitors during the exhibition.
