Schoolgirl hit by car on in Highland capital this morning

A SCHOOLGIRL was hit by a car in the Crown area of Inverness this morning.

Police confirmed that a14-year-old girl was involved in a collision at around 8.35am this morning (Wednesday, November 2) on Kingsmills Road.

Emergency services were on the scene but there was no requirement for hospital treatment.
