Swiss national makes private court appearance over Ross-shire dangerous driving charge on A890

A 36-year-old Swiss national has appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court on a charge of causing serious injury by dangerous driving in Ross-shire.
It follows a head-on collision on the A890 Garve to Auchertyre road on July 30.
Lucas Jaquier from Geneva made no plea, was committed for further examination and released on bail.
