Stolen bike report in Dingwall prompts police appeal to public

Police have appealed to the public for help after reports of a moutnain bike theft in Ross-shire.

The incident happened in a 10-minute time gap in Dingwall earlier this week, police said.

They say a luminous green coloured Apollo men's mountain bike was stolen from a lane just off the High Street in Dingwall.

Anyone with information about the incident, is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting NE/2654/20.

Tips-offs to the police can also be made anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
