The community mini market held in the Tesco Dingwall car park was hosted in support of Joanne Ross who is performing in the Ness Factor finals.

This year the winner receives a coveted place to perform at Belladrum Tartan Festival 2024.

The fundraiser mini market on August 27 attracted over 40 different stalls from across Ross-shire to the store's car park area.

The stallholders took the opportunity to benefit from the supermarket's footfall while also helping a local cause.

"Joanne raised an incredible £607 from stall fees, donations and selling raffle tickets. There was a great community vibe all day and all the stall holders seemed to do well."

There are now only 10 remaining contestants in the Ness Factor, who are receiving vocal coaching from Tony Henry, Katie–Louise Mackay and Fiona Forbes.
