A stalker who previously tried to woo a neighbour has been given a three year non-harassment order.

Patryk Kiedrowicz (35) was previously ordered to stay away from the woman by not entering Logan Way in Muir of Ord.

But he ended up remanded in custody in September last year after breaking his bail conditions by going back to his former street.

Appearing at Inverness Sheriff Court, Kiedrowicz, now a prisoner at HMP Inverness, admitted breaching bail on September 16 and 17 as well as possession of cannabis.

Addressing him, Sheriff Eilidh MacDonald said she had "concern about your repeated offending".

She imposed a community payback order as a direct alternative to custody.

Kiedrowicz will be under the supervision of social workers for the next year and has to carry out work to address his issues with women.

He will also be subject to the non-harassment order for three years.
