INVERNESS SHERIFF COURT: Strathpeffer man threw TV set from third floor window of Dingwall property and issued threats

A 24-year-old Strathpeffer man will be assessed for a drug treatment and testing order assessment after admitting committing four offences within the space of two years.

Kieran Sehar of Ardival Street, admitted to culpably and recklessly throwing a TV set from a third floor window of a Dingwall property on July 25, 2020. He also pleaded guilty to threatening or abusive behaviour towards a woman whom he had assaulted in Dingwall on February 11, 2021.

Inverness Sheriff Court was told he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner towards police, shouting and swearing in Kessock Road, Inverness and Raigmore Hospital in Inverness and spitting on the floor of the police vehicle on May 29, 2022.

Sehar will return to court on September 22.
