Beauty salon in Alness, Ross-shire, delighted to be in final of UK Hair and Beauty Awards

An Alness salon have been named as finalists in prestigious UK Hair and Beauty Awards.
The Therapy Rooms are up for the Best UK Aesthetics and Beauty Training Organisation because of their work teaching students.
They have also been nominated for the Social Media Hair and Beauty awards.
Jamie Lee Finlay, training organisation manager, said: “We are so proud to have made it this far. We pride ourselves on our aesthetics and beauty courses being some of the best in the industry and over the past few years our CEO and senior advanced aesthetics lecturer Tina McCaffery and myself as the beauty lecturer have put in many hours ensuring our students are taught correctly and leave being safe, confident, knowledgeable practitioners.
“We have been bowled over by the reviews of the students who have voted and written such amazing reviews for the judges. It’s our students that make us who we are and helped us get where we are today and I thank them all for their support over the years.
“As a small company in the Highlands it is amazing to have got this far in the biggest awards competition in the UK with such strong contenders. Our students are outstanding. It's because of them we made it this far.”
“It’s been such a hard two years for everyone and our industry has like others suffered terribly and this has really made us feel good.”
The awards are judged by an expert panel who look at the work and reviews to select the winner.
The winners will be announced on March 26 with special celebrity guests Amy Childs, Kirsty Meakin and Katie Daley.
