EVERY week we feature a photograph taken by one of our readers on the letters page of the Ross-shire Journal.

It's a chance for you to share what you see while out and about in our beautiful and very varied county.

Linda Ross wrote: "Captured this on a walk on the South Sutor. When descending down to the shore you come out in front of a spectacular natural stone arch called Macfarquhar's Bed. It is only known that he was a smuggler, and his exploits have been lost in the mists of time."

What would you like to share? We'd love to see photographs coming in from coast to coast and everywhere in between.

Email a sharp image with a reasonable resolution to hector.mackenzie@hnmedia.co.uk along with a few details about where it was taken.

A charming pond in Strathpeffer; Rosemarkie glistening in the sun; Invergordon by early morning light and lots more
