A WESTER Ross medical practice says it has now offered all its patients aged 50 and over the Covid-19 vaccine.

Torridon Medical Practice says it will next be running clinics for second doses, which should be administered eight to 12 weeks after the first.

These will start on Wednesday, March 31. The practice said: "As with the first dose of vaccine, we will start with our oldest patients and work our way down the ages and the clinically extremely vulnerable.

"These clinics will be smaller and everyone will not have their vaccine on the same day but will be within the timescale.

"Our reception staff will contact you regarding appointments."
