Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team has taken delivery of a new 4x4 pick-up to replace a 15-year old vehicle.
The new one will be based at Cannich.
Team leader Iain Nesbitt said: "Vehicles represent very significant acquisitions for the team and obviously they are assets which require to be replaced from time to time. We're delighted with this new Isuzu which was supplied by Corrie Motors and I would like to acknowledge the role played by the generosity of all who have donated and raised money for the team over the years.
"Without them we would struggle to operate. Our team area includes the Munros of Affric and Mullardoch and we are called out to these hills every year so having a fully equipped team vehicle based close to these areas has proved to be extremely useful."
