A 46-year-old Dingwall man will be sentenced next month after admitting acting aggressively at his partner's home.

Ronnie Milne of Deas Avenue appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court and pleaded guilty to attending uninvited at the woman's property in Windsor Place, Conon Bridge on March 14 this year.

He repeatedly shouted, struck doors, demanded entry and climbed a fence to get into her garden.

Milne then attempted to go into the house, refused to leave and smashed a window.

Sentence was deferred until June 23 for a background report and an assessment for a men's domestic violence rehabilitation programme.
