Strathpeffer Golf Club is offering a six-week block of lessons to women.

A DRIVE to encourage women to give golf a go has been an immediate success – with all available spaces on a Strathpeffer course snapped up.

The six-week course has been teed up by Strathpeffer Spa Golf Club (right) which said it was “a great opportunity”.

The sessions will be led by one of its members, Dod Krzyzanowski.

The first lesson is pencilled in for Thursday, June 3.

The six-week course will then run every Thursday.

The club posted: “We are delighted to say there will be no charge, but booking is essential.”

Shortly after posting details of the course, the club confirmed that all spaces had been taken up.
It will update any change in situation via its Facebook page.
