REVEALED: Crown Office release pictures used in evidence in the MacDowell trial

The Crown Office has released photos used in evidence at the MacDowell trial.

Today William MacDowell was found guilty of the 1976 murders of Renee and Andrew MacRae at the High Court in Inverness.

He denied two counts of murder relating to the disappearance of the mother and son as well as a further charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
