FREE activity packs for children and vulnerable adults are being made available to locals in the Lochcarron area, and people are being encouraged to get in touch to receive one.

The 'Green Health Packs' consist of bird feeder kits, compost, seeds, and crafting materials for youngsters to enjoy during the summer holidays.

They were secured by the Lochcarron Community Development Company (LCDC) after it applied for money through the Think Health Think Nature funding stream.

LCDC said that Lynda Beveridge will be assembling and distributing the packs on behalf of LCDC in the coming weeks.

Anyone who has not already been in touch to receive the free activity packs should contact Lynda Beveridge with ages, names and addresses.

She can be contacted directly via beveridge.lynda@yahoo.co.uk
