Three vehicles collide on A9 near Asda in Tain

A REPORT has been submitted to the procurator fiscal following an Easter Ross road accident yesterday.

Police reported a road traffic accident involving three vehicles on the A9 / B9174 junction near Tain's Asda on Monday afternoon.

A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed that they were called out at 12.10pm on Monday, January 27 and the road was partially blocked until the vehicles were removed.

An ambulance was in attendance but no serious injuries were reported.

One person has been reported to the procurator fiscal.
