A ROSS-SHIRE museum has been rolling back the years and sparking memories of many who were part of the Girl Guide movement in the 1960s.

The Highland Museum of Childhood in Strathpeffer brings together a fascinating collection from across the region reflecting changing trends down the years from Victorian times.

One of the latest donations is this 1960s' Girl Guide uniform, complete with whistle and a copy of The Guide Law.

The museum posted: "Does this bring back childhood memories for you?"

The Guide Law, encircled by the words Honour, Loyalty, Devotion, Friendship, Courtesy, Gentleness, Humility, Cheerfulness, Thoughfulness and Purity, outlines the key attributes of the model member.
