Ross-shire police officers investigate a three-vehicle crash on the A9 at Achnagarron approximately one mile north of Alness

Police are investigating a collision on the A9 in Ross-shire.

It was around 5.35pm yesterday at Achnagarron, approximately one mile north of Alness, and involved three vehicles.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “The three drivers of the vehicles were taken by ambulance to hospital.

“Police enquiries are ongoing to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the crash.”
