Police appeal for information after attempted break-in at farm shop in Alness

Police are appealing for information following an attempted break-in to a farm shop in Alness.

The incident happened at Dalmore Farm Shop & Restaurant where they say a man attempted to gain access to the premises at around 1.15am on September 27.

Officers are keen to trace a man dressed in dark clothing with his face covered.

Detective Sergeant Chris Robertson said: “Anyone who was in the area and witnessed anything suspicious is asked to get in touch with Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0186 of 27 September, 2023. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous.”
