Police appeal after vandalism damage to Bridgend Primary School in Easter Ross town of Alness

POLICE in an Easter Ross have stepped up patrols and issued a public appeal after vandalism to a local primary school.

Officers in Alness are appealing for witnesses after vandalism to Bridgend Primary School.

Skylights on the building were damaged around 10am on Saturday, 30 April, 2022, police said in an appeal that was issued today.

Police say they "are working alongside the school to trace those responsible".

Increased patrols of the area are also being carried out.
