The Ross-shire and Sutherland Federation SWI held its first Handicraft Show in two years.
However there was no prize giving this year.
The venue this year was The Legion, Dingwall which was welcomed positively.
This year the SWI welcomed Sutherland Institute Golspie into the Federation.
Despite the absence there was still a fair amount of entries especially in the photography. A steady stream of visitors were welcomed with a wide array of handicrafts from knitting through to 3D sculpture.
No show is complete without the people behind it as show secretary Phyllis Hannah and conveyner Freida Mackenzie know only too well. From the committee members who cover teas, stewarding and getting set up to the husbands/partners who do the heavy work of getting tables to the venue and Federation chairman Ann McGhee secretary Christine Pokernecki it as a team effort.
