HUNDREDS of grow-your-own enthusiasts stocked up on seed potatoes at the popular Black Isle Tattie Day.
The event, at North Kessock Village Hall, included more than 40 varieties as well as onion sets.
The day also included a seed sale and swap, growing advice and competitions.

In total, more than 700 people attended the event along with volunteer helpers.
It was organised by environmental campaign group Transition Black Isle, which also provided information and a café selling soup, cakes and tea and coffee.
It is encouraging people to cut carbon emissions by growing their own potatoes and other vegetables.
Incredible Edible Inverness is holding a Potato Day tomorrow in Green Drive Hall, Inverness, from 10am-noon.
Admission is £1 and each potato tuber will cost 20p. People should take their own bags.
