Thousands of pounds have been raised for charity after a highly successful carol concert.
The annual Highland Hospitals Carol Concert was held in the Drumossie Hotel in Inverness.
And organisers were delighted with the turnout, with the final total expected to exceed the £7000 that was raised last year.
The money will go towards Young Lives vs Cancer, formerly known as CLIC Sargent, to help youngsters in the region in their fight with cancer.

Gill Silver, the chair of the concert's organising committee, said: "It went great. We're very pleased. We really had a full house and a very fantastic audience.
"The money hasn't all come it yet but we think it will be in excess of last year's total, and last year we raised £7000."
The final total will include around £2000 which was raised at a raffle at the concert.
Gill thanked those who attended and supported the event, including the main sponsor RSE, Ross-shire Engineering.
The weekend's concert was the 46th to have taken place since the first annual concert in the 1970s. The popular annual fixture has run in most years, except for an unavoidable break during the Covid pandemic and its restrictions.
