Pubs and bars in the Highlands were finally able to serve alcohol indoors this week with the easing of the recent Covid-19 lockdown restrictions.

Regulars at the Nip Inn in Grant Street were quick to take advantage when the bar was open from 9am yesterday morning.

First to enjoy a pint was customer Norman Berry who joined friends at the pub.
