RESIDENTS of a Black Isle community enjoyed fun in the sun last week with a jubilee-themed day of celebration.

North Kessock Community Groups hosted the picnic in the park to celebrate the milestone event.

It was run between the village hall and the Gordon's Park coastal garden and included a very well supported raffle.

As well as games and stalls there was also a dogs' fancy dress competition.
