The chance to let off some steam was eagerly seized by children when a community centre offered the opportunity.
When Strathpeffer Community Centre decided to stage some bouncy castle sessions during the October school holidays, the response was enthusiastic!
Carol Mackenzie, Strathpeffer Community Centre co-ordinator, said: “The new bouncy castle has been a great success so far.
“All our sessions were fully booked and the kids seem to love the new slide part of it.
“It was a hard time throughout lockdown when the centre was closed but since we have re-opened, more and more groups and people are coming back.
“Almost all of our regular classes are back and the weekends are filling up with bouncy castle parties, workshops, our annual Christmas Market and a few meetings. It is great to see the centre being used again”.
The Christmas Market is planned for November 20 from 10am to 2pm.
