Welcome back to the Pets Factor! Now this week, I'm not exaggerating when I say I think we might have the cutest pets in the Highlands. They are all extreme amounts of adorable, but I am open to being proven wrong! Send your cutest pet pictures in to pets@hnmedia.co.uk with you and your pet's name, and where you are from!. Or you can visit the 'Pets Factor' tab on our websites to submit your photos.

Starting off strong, we have Bosie, just glowing beside the pink flowers as lovely as her!

Here is Joey, who may not have such glossy fur at the moment, but Joey is still gorgeous in my eyes! We do not endorse unrealistic beauty standards on the Pets Factor, we strongly believe all pets are beautiful!

And meet trainee sheepdog Glen! We love some working dog representation on the Pets Factor, especially when they're as cute as Glen!

And finally, we have my own darling cat Socks! Socks isn't looking so glamorous this week, but she has been very busy – the chores won't sort themselves!

Our SSPCA pet of the week is Joey. Joey loves to play with toys, especially fishing rod toys that he can pounce on and catch. He loves a scratch behind the ears and will purr away while getting attention.

Joey is used to having access to outdoors but, due to his timid nature, he would need to be kept indoors until his new owners are confident that he is comfortable to roam outside.

In a new home Joey will initially hide and be quite wary of people so the Scottish SPCA would need his new owner to have lots of patience to let him settle at his own pace. Once he is comfortable though, he will make a loving companion.

If you can give Joey the new home he deserves, visit https://www.scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/9937-joey

Or if you would like your pet to be featured in the Pets Factor, email pets@hnmedia.co.uk, with you and your pets name, and where you are from!
