More pets from earlier this year

Our SSPCA pet who is looking for a new home this week is Klaus! Klaus was incredibly nervous when he first arrived at the centre. He would hide under his blanket, hiss at staff and warn everyone to stay away. However, after getting to know and trust the team he has shown his true nature as a very affectionate, loving lad who adores being fussed over. Offering him a treat or two certainly helps the bonding process!

Given his past behaviour, Klaus will only be suitable for an adult-only home with someone who has experience with very nervous cats as he may revert to his original behaviour in a new environment. He would love a rural home where he has lots of space to roam and do his own thing without too much around to spook him. Klaus may be a bit of a ‘work in progress’ but with patience and time, he will make a lovely pet for the right person.
