New public appeal to trace missing person Ashley Blacker

POLICE Scotland have issued a renewed public appeal in their efforts to trace a missing man who may be in the Highlands.

Ashley Blacker, 29, has been reported missing from the West Yorkshire area and at first it was believed he could be in the Inverness area.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Ashley Blacker remains missing and inquiries are ongoing to trace him.

"It is believed he has travelled to the north Highland area, around Ardmair, near Ullapool.

"Anyone with any information about his whereabouts is asked to call 101, quoting incident number 0083 of 6 March."

He was last seen about 4am on Saturday, March 4, 2023 in Leeds.

Ashley is described as 5ft 7in of stocky build, has mousey brown hair, a beard and blue eyes. It is known that Ashley has access to a Grey Honda Civic reg DV56 OWA. At this time his whereabouts are unknown and could be anywhere in the Inverness or Highland area.
