Prisoner Jason Cochrane was jailed for six months after admitting behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards his partner.

The 32-year-old, who has connections to Conon Bridge and Inverness, shouted and swore at the woman at a house in Inverness.

Fiscal depute Emily Hood told Inverness Sheriff Court: "She heard him crawling on the floor and saw him on all floors, acting in an erratic manner and urinating."

When challenged, Cochrane shouted at her to "clean it up".

Sheriff Margaret Neilson said that Cochrane was on three community payback orders already and because he had re-offended, there was no alternative to a custodial sentence.
