Madness announce support acts for their Inverness summer gig

NINETIES chart-toppers The Farm have joined the bill for the gig at the city's Northern Meeting Park.

The Liverpudlian group's first album, Spartacus, was produced by legendary Madness frontman Suggs and reached number one in the UK album charts in 1991.

Gig-goers can expect to enjoy their hits Groovy Train and All Together Now when they hit the stage ahead of Madness in the Highland capital on Friday, August 23.

Also performing in support of the headliners will be Manchester band Jeremiah Ferrari, fusing styles of reggae, rock, ska and pop.

The show is being organised by concert promoter LCC Live as part of its Live in the City series of concerts in Inverness.
