POLICE have appealed for information after a break-in at a Kyle of Lochalsh business.

The break-in occurred in commercial premises on Main Street sometime between 10.30am on Wednesday and 1.30am on Thursday.

Entry was forced to the property and, while nothing is believed to have been stolen, there were signs of interference with items inside the store.

Constable Craig Allan said: "We would urge anyone who believes they may have seen any suspicious activity or individuals on Kyle Main Street to come forward as soon as possible.

"Anyone with information can contact police in Kyle by calling 101, quoting reference NP473/19, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
