Police are keen to trace Michael Caygill who hasn't been in touch with his family for a fortnight

POLICE in Kyle are seeking information on a man who has not been in touch with his family for a fortnight.

Northern Constabulary are appealing to the public for info as to the whereabouts of Michael Caygill, who is 67.

He has not been seen by family members since Tuesday, August 2 and concern is now growing for his wellbeing.

He was last known to have stayed at Broadford Youth Hostel on the Isle of Skye

He is described as being 5” 4’ in height, Caucasian, medium build with cropped ginger hair.

He was last seen wearing a dark blue beanie hat, dark green jacket with checked lining, light coloured chino-style trousers and black shoes.

Mr Caygill is described as someone who travels around the country and often resides at youth hostels.

If any person knows of Mr Caygill’s whereabouts it is requested that they contact Kyle Police Station on 01599 534222.

If Mr Caygill is spoken to it is requested that he contact his brother to confirm his well being.
