Inverness contestant Evie Morrison has reached the last 10 of BBC smash hit reality TV show The Traitors.

The 29-year-old was among the 22 players who arrived at Ardross Castle to play the ultimate murder mystery game to win up to £120,000.

Concealed amongst them are the traitors, whose job is to secretly 'murder' (eliminate from the game) the others without getting caught. And if they make it to the end, they will take all of the money.

Episode seven ended with traitors Paul and Harry deciding to recruit rather than 'kill' another player. They aimed to add Andrew to their group as a "shield" in a bid to reach the final.

Andrew accepted the invitation, joining the others then quickly suspecting they had picked him to be a scapegoat, even though the others tried to convince him not to worry.

At the morning-after breakfast all of the contestants discussed the possibilities after nobody had been eliminated.

As speculation continued, the group visited a church for a mission designed to add money to the prize fund. Players had to shoot stain-glass windows to retain money and stop others from receiving a shield (an item to be used to secure protection from the traitors).

Ross knocked out Evie, who in turn blocked Charlotte and Charlie from taking the shield, which went to Mollie, while the team added £3600 to the pot.

At the round table where players voted to banish someone, Evie wanted Paul to go and the majority agreed to send him home. The group seemed elated after he revealed himself to the group as being a traitor – the second traitor the team had banished in consecutive round tables, following Miles at the previous gathering.

It meant traitors Harry and Andrew were then given the option to recruit again or eliminate a faithful. They appeared to want to 'murder' either Charlie or Zack – we'll find out tomorrow.
