Invergordon locals have raised their concerns about a Royal Bank of Scotland cash machine that has been out of order for four months.

Mike Zagorski of Invergordon has complained to Royal Bank of Scotland about the issue on multiple occasions, but did not receive any conclusions from the bank operator.

Mike said: "After a long drawn out process this matter has not been resolved. Why is this taking so long to resolve? Customers deserve answers."

A Royal Bank of Scotland spokesperson said: "We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and are working with the landlord of the property to ensure the ATM is back up and running as soon as possible."

"Our ATM in Invergordon is currently out of service due to water ingress through the roof of the property. This is not part of an owned branch and we are in ongoing conversations to ensure the landlord resolves the issue immediately."
