'Bravest and most inspirational woman' inspires Easter Ross daughter's month-long fundraiser for MND Scotland

AN Easter Ross community has rallied around a poignant fundraising tribute to a woman whose courage in the face of a devastating diagnosis inspired many.

Natalie Hamilton, who described her late mum Angela as "the bravest and most inspirational woman I've ever met", took on a month-long challenge in August to repay a debt of gratitude to the MND Scotland charity which had been a source of help in recent years.

And the effort of the Alness woman inspired strong community support with a local cafe Grounded staging a successful charity bake sale and chipping in a donation of its own.
