PICTURES: Dingwall Camera Club members put talents to the test

PHOTOGRAPHERS with Dingwall Camera Club have showcased their talents in its annual print exhibition, judged by Ian McCurrach of Aberdeen.
Although he was not able to personally give his deliberation at the club he judged the images and gave feedback to members on each of the images.
Monochrome Section
Action/Sport –The Time Trialist by John Simpson; Landscape – All Tied Up by Sander MacDonald; Nature –Windswept Little Egret by John Simpson; Pictorial – Sisters by Phil Downie. Portraiture – Medusa Hair by Phil Downie.
The top three images were Medusa Hair; Windswept Little Egret and The Time Trialist.
Colour Section
Action/Sport – Launching the Sprint by Lesley Simpson. Landscape – Boiling Mud Pools, Hverir, Iceland by Joyce White.Nature – Black-veined Whites Mating in the Rain by Lesley Simpson. Pictorial – Coloured Kite, Fuertaventura by Joyce White. Portraiture – Resting by Phil Downie.
The top three were chosen as Black-veined Whites mating in the Rain; Boiling Mud Pools,and Cicada orni on Vinyard Post by Lesley Simpson.
