Attention enthusiasts of all things entrepreneurial – the Highlands, Islands and Moray’s leading business magazine has launched a podcast, lifting the lid on your favourite local enterprises.

The Executive Podcast provides exclusive interviews with business owners, industry experts, and thought leaders. Each episode offers valuable insights, tips, and the unique perspectives that have fuelled their longevity.

Executive’s editor, Rachel Smart, will be hosting the show joined by Darrel Paterson, Executive's business development manager.

In the first episode, available wherever you get your podcasts, Rachel interviews Clare Campbell, the owner and founder of Prickly Thistle and Rebel Row - an entrepreneur with a cause, and an activist for social change. They discuss doing business for purpose rather than profit, and how she’s been able to stick to her morals in an ever-changing business landscape.

Rachel Smart said: "It's very exciting to finally be able to share this project we have been working on with everyone.

"We want to be able to share business leader's stories in a relatable way and delve into some deeper topics that perhaps we don't often get to talk about.

"Clare was a wonderful first guest and I think people will enjoy hearing her story and finding out why she's approaching business in a way that's different from the norm."

Darrel Paterson added: "We believe that business leaders have stories worth hearing.

"We can know who people are in this region and what their business does, but we don't really know the depths of their stories, and the challenges and trials they've gone through to get to where they are. We hope that by creating The Executive Podcast we can share some raw honesty that will help others."
