Highland Hospice has announced its retail warehouse in Harbour Road in Inverness will be closed for donations from tomorrow.

A spokesman for the charity said: "This is due to the high volume of donations we've received – we've been overwhelmed by everyone's generosity!

"If you have items you'd like to donate, we'd be grateful if you could hold onto them for another few days. The warehouse will be reopening on Monday, July 20. Thank you!

"If you're able to give us a hand as a warehouse volunteer, let us know. You'll be joining a great team.

"To register your interest, you can contact the voluntary services office by calling 01463 227902 or emailing volunteer@highlandhospice.org.uk"
