TALENTED Highland dancers have been putting smiles on faces with their own coronavirus lockdown challenge.

Many schools, groups, clubs and voluntary organisations have kept in touch with one another and engaged with the general public through lockdown video collaborations which bring them together courtesy of some clever editing.

The Anne Noble School of Dance is one of the latest, posting a widely shared lockdown montage of dancers "passing" a toilet roll to each other – a household item that became an unlikely symbol of lockdown during the early days of panic buying.

It has been shared by both South Lodge Primary and Fyrish Gymnastics Club, both of which have pupils or members represented in the video.
