A golf competition in Tain has raised £3000 for Highland Hospice.

The Texas Scramble event was organised by Lodge St Duthus members John Mackenzie and Alex Craib (pictured), along with Mike Turner of Lodge St Martin.

Held in Tain on July 18 a total of 60 members from lodges right across Scotland took part.

A spokesperson for Highland Hospice said: “The day was so successful that there is talk of making it an annual event!

“Thanks to all participants and contributors for making this possible.”
