Four taken to hospital after Black Isle A832 collision near Tore roundabout

POLICE are appealing for information following a two-vehicle crash on the A832 near Tore on the Black Isle today.

Officers were called to the crash, which happened on the A832 near the Tore Roundabout, between Tore and Munlochy, around 11.10am. It involved a green Jaguar and a silver Vauxhall Mokka.

All four occupants from the cars, two men aged 59 and 53 from the Jaguar, and two women aged 37 and 36 from the Mokka, were taken by ambulance to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.

The road was closed and re-opened around 3.30pm.

Police Constable Scott Smith, of the Road Policing Unit in Inverness, said: “This is a busy road, and I am keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash or who has dash-cam footage, or indeed any details that may assist our enquiries.

"If you have not yet been spoken to police and can help with our investigation, please call officers via 101, quoting incident number 1221 of Sunday, 3 March, 2024."
