NEW talent has been added to the regional office of surveyors Graham and Sibbald as its base in the Highland capital enters a new era.

Kyle Davidson has joined the residential team and will be involved in home reports, mortgage valuations and energy performance certificates.

Also joining the 20-strong Inverness team is Ianna Roche, who is on a 12-month university placement. The former Glenurquhart High School pupil is in her third year of a real estate degree at Glasgow Caledonian University.
