Elephant Sessions have been announced by the Ironworks as the last event for the venue on February 4.
They say: "We are delighted that Elephant Sessions will be bringing a perfect ending to our time at 122b Academy Street.
"A band that symbolises everything Ironworks, they grew up with the venue catching shows, starting their musical journey locally and ultimately selling out their own events here with their progressive blend of intricate tunes and engulfing guitars with a bass and drum heavy backline – their music combining the very best of trad, funk and electronica.
"This is it, the last night Ironworks will be open at 122b Academy Street. We’re going to be celebrating all of the great nights we’ve all had together in what will be a show to remember with Elephant Sessions drawing it all to a fantastic close.
"We hope you can make it."
Elephant Sessions brought out their latest album For The Night to critical acclaim earlier this year and it won the best album of the year award at the Scots Trad Awards in Dundee on December 4.
The night before at the venue, another favourite of Ironworks audiences, Twin Atlantic will play their last gig there.
