ORGANISERS of an Easter Ross art exhibition being staged in an old church are inviting people to catch it before it closes later today.

The art exhibition at Logie Easter Church brings together paintings, sculpture, ceramics, wood-turning, hand-woven scarves and cards and prints.

It comes to an end today (Sunday). Organisers posted: "Support some of the incredibly talented local artists showing their works."

A coffee shop with home baking is an added attraction.

It runs from 10.30am to 4pm.

The landmark building was purchased from the Church of Scotland by Mrs Andexer who earlier said: “It is and always has been an important building for the community and I felt it should be kept as a building for the community into the future.

“The aim is to keep the church vibrant and very much alive by holding four fairs a year.”
