A new housing development in the village of Strathpeffer will include 10 homes for mid-market rent, delivered by not-for-profit development company HHA.

The two and three-bedroom homes at Caberfeidh Place, next to Kinellan Drive, are due to be completed in the summer and prospective customers have a deadline of April 30 to register interest.

Each of the properties in the spa town comes with a kitchen oven, hob and extractor fan. They also feature a garden and parking.

Gail Matheson, HHA chief executive, said: “We are really pleased to offer more homes for mid-market rent in Ross and Cromarty. Compass Building & Construction Services is making good progress with the site and we look forward to seeing it completed in the summer.

“HHA has once again worked in successful partnership with The Highland Council to provide housing solutions to cater for different budgets, and I anticipate a large volume of interest in our 10 new, quality homes.

“Anyone interested in the properties should contact us ahead of the April 30 deadline.”

HHA is an award-winning and experienced not-for-profit development company which works in partnership with local stakeholders to deliver quality homes for the Highlands.

HHA also provides property management service for landlords, from marketing the property, finding and securing suitable tenants, to working with landlords to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
