Estate agency Galbraith anticipates interest in Dingwall town centre apartments

AN estate agency is anticipating strong interest in eight new apartments which have done on the market in the heart of Dingwall.

Phase 1 of the Slioch Apartments in Dingwall have been launched to the market today through Galbraith.

The properties are located within a Victorian buildings on Castle Street.

Phiddy Robertson, who is handling the sale said: “This is a first for Dingwall, with the creation of these prestigious apartments offering high-specification accommodation in an attractive traditional building.

“The location is also ideal as Castle Street is one of the most desirable addresses in Dingwall, offering a quiet, elegant residential setting yet within easy reach of the town centre and riverside walks.”

The apartments vary in size from one bedroom to three bedrooms, while one of the first floor apartments offers the potential to extend in to the roof space, subject to planning consents.

The communal gardens will be landscaped and laid to lawn. Apartments 7 and 8 will be created from a new build extension.
