Emergency services attend scene at Conon Bridge near Dingwall

• UPDATE: Body of woman discovered in River Conon near Dingwall

POLICE attended an incident in Conon Bridge near Dingwall earlier today.

Reports of the bridge being closed started circulating at around 11.30am, with the area being cordoned off to both traffic and pedestrians.

Police Scotland have been contacted for comment, however the nature of their presence near the River Conon has still not been officially confirmed.
